How do we collect information?

Sometimes we need a little bit of help to make our websites work and to give you the best possible experience. To help us do this we use other companies called service providers, the service providers we use are listed below:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) to show you our content.
  • WebFlow to manage the content of our website.
  • YouTube to allow you to watch videos on our Made For Kids channel.

These services providers do not use your information for their own purpose and do not share your information with any other companies.

If you or your parent would like more information on how these companies use your information you can contact us here: dpo@spinmaster.com

We will only use your or your parent's email address to answer your questions and then we will delete it.

Do we share your information?

Spin Master only collects the information necessary to use our site and its features and does not share that information with anyone else. However, there are some situations when we must share information:

  • If another company buys us.

You have rights:

  1. Right to be informed
Companies must tell you what information they collect from you and why. This allows you or your parent to make the appropriate choice.
  2. Right of Access

  3. Right to Rectification
This means that you have the right to correct your personal information if something wrong.

  6. Right to Data Portability

  7. Right to Object
You can request that a company stops processing your personal information at any time. You can always just say no.

Making changes:

Sometimes we need to make some changes to our services.

If we do and they include changes to the way we might collect or use your information, we will post a notice to tell you at the top of this page. If you need help to understand these changes please speak to a parent or legal guardian to support you.
